We are so excited for our very first Element Conference. We believe each and every student and young adult can be used by God to make an impact across their city. Element Conference is designed to encourage and enable students and young adults to go into their schools, workplaces, homes and community and be what God has designed them to be. We invite you to join us for 4 days of services, small groups, breakout sessions and a lot of fun! We hope to see you there!
Youth and young adult speaker Byron Rideau is a born and raised Houstonian with a passion for the upcoming generations. From a young age, Byron felt called to Youth Ministry and has been following God’s lead ever since. Byron’s mission is to help students know they were created for a specific purpose and to give them tools to walk that purpose out. For the past six years he has been loving and leading students as a student director in Houston, TX. God has recently shifted Byron, his wife Mariah and their puppy James Taylor to Greenville, South Carolina where Byron serves as the youth pastor of Relentless Church under the senior leadership of Pastor John Gray
Josh Noblitt is a 26 year old husband, son, brother, friend, and pastor from St. Louis, MO. He has been pastoring students since the fall of 2014, and he is jumping into a new role as a campus pastor later this year. His favorite things to do are to preach about Jesus, serve the local church, play golf, get buckets on the basketball court, hang with his family, and try local restaurants with his beautiful wife Abbey and friends. His mission in life is founded upon Hebrews 12:1-2, where the writer charges us to fix our eyes on Jesus. He has learned that when Jesus is at the center, everything else follows suit!
Anna Golden is a 21-year-old worship leader from St. Louis Missouri. Growing up in a musical family, she started performing and playing guitar and piano at the young age of 6. Shortly after, she began touring with her brother, Josh Golden, and Radio Disney.
While many of Anna’s surrounding influences were mainstream and pop music, Anna’s heart has always remained in worship. It is clear that since she lead her first worship song at the age of 12, Anna has been called to lead the nations. At the age of 16, Anna began leading worship at her home church, Faith Church St Louis, as a full time staff member. After just 2 years, Anna was asked to take lead of the entire worship department, which included being in charge of over 60 musicians and vocalists across 4 campuses. Many would say this is quite the responsibility for an 18-year-old girl. However, because of the massive anointing on Anna’s life, she stepped into the position with the grace of a 20-year veteran.
