As a whole, the care ministries at Elevate Life Church exist to help support the deeper spiritual and emotional needs of Elevate Life Church attendees through:

Small Groups

At Elevate Life Church we believe that care is best done in community. Although there are times when professional help is needed, the first people to be there during a time of crisis should be the community of friends you have built here. We believe God created us to live in relationship with others and only then can we live the full life He intends for us.

Sharing life through community is part of our design, and the best way to be cared for is jumping into the community and building lifelong relationships with those at Elevate Life Church.

At Elevate, we believe that prayer is a powerful and a primary means through which God’s creative and supernatural power impacts our lives and the world around us. Are you wanting prayer support? We’d love to join you in your requests!

Email for prayer. You can be as specific or vague as you’d like – but know that our prayer team keeps everything confidential and they love to pray for people in faith knowing the Lord will guide you and give you peace in your current situation.

Financial Care

The Benevolence Ministry at Elevate Life Church exists to assist regular attendees by offering one-time financial grants to help cover essential needs in times of personal financial crisis. Individuals with more general non-essential financial needs or ongoing financial issues will be directed to our Pastoral Care ministry to assess any changes that may be needed to become financially stable. Are you a regular attender of Elevate Life Church and are having financial difficulty?

Fill out our benevolence form below, submit it and we will get back to you. Email for more information!

Wedding/Premarital: Preparation for marriage involves much more than detailing a beautiful wedding. It involves laying the emotional, mental, and spiritual foundations upon which an enduring marriage is built. We believe at Elevate Life Church that premarital counseling is one of the greatest investments you can make for your future.

Marriage Counseling: We know and understand marital challenges. Our goal is to help you reclaim, heal and build the marriage God intended for you. Great marriages are possible, and we would like to show you practical ways to restore and heal your marriage.

Hospital Visits

When illness or injury strikes, we are affected emotionally and spiritually. Our pastors or hospital visitation team are available to visit for prayer and encouragement if you, or someone you know, is hospitalized.

To request visitation, contact us by emailing or call 904-437-4064.

Losing a loved is one of the most difficult things to go through. If you, or someone you know, has experienced the loss of a family member, you can contact us to make arrangements for an Elevate Life Church pastor to conduct a funeral service at another location.

For more information, email or call 904-437-4064.

Our Pastoral Care Team is happy to pray for you and share Biblical wisdom with you; however, sometimes professional help is needed. When choosing a counselor it is often helpful to discuss how much you want the counselor’s faith to be part of the process, what the end goals are, and how cancellations and emergency meetings are handled. Also, we recommend you check with your insurance company regarding specific providers beforehand. You should be able to view any counselors professional bio before working with them, and it is helpful to think of the first meeting as an interview.

You want to make sure you feel comfortable with your counselor and that they share a perspective you value. Below is an organization that has great counselors and is in our area:
