The Fleming Island community has been a vital part of our church home for many years now. Located in the heart of Fleming Island, near Fleming Island High is our second permanent Elevate Life location.

When Elevate Life first started it was in the heart of Oakleaf at Oakleaf high school. Now all these years later, Elevate Life still plays a pivotal part in the Oakleaf community.
